  • Acid removal - Fuller's Earth or resin bead media to achieve TAN of 0.3 mg KOH/g

  • Varnish removal – resin bead media to achieve MPC <10  

  • Water removal – Vacuum Dehydrators (VDOPS) to achieve water content <100 PPM

  • Particulate removal – Beta>1000 rated filter elements to achieve ISO 14/13/10 or better

Boiler Feedwater Pumps & Seal Oil Systems

Coal Pulverizer Gearboxes  (High Viscosity Gear Oils)

  • Filter Carts / Filter Skids for oil transfer and kidney-loop filtration (particulate removal using Beta>1000 rated filter elements to achieve ISO 18/16/13 or better)

Cooling Tower Fan Gearboxes  (High Viscosity Gear Oils)

  • Filter Carts / Filter Skids for oil transfer and kidney-loop filtration (particulate removal using Beta>1000 rated filter elements to achieve ISO 18/16/13 or better)
