What Is A High Flow Filter Skid?
The High Flow Filter Skid from Oil Filtration Systems is engineered and built for maximum efficiency in high-volume oil and fuel purification applications. With flow rates ranging from 50 GPM to 2000 GPM or greater, these systems deliver unmatched performance and fast particle count reduction in large reservoirs.
They are also ideal for use in High Velocity Oil Flushing (HVOF) to achieve a Reynolds Number>4000 for “turbulent flow” in pipe sizes ranging from 2” to 12” diameter.
When combined with our high-efficiency pleated microglass filter elements rated Beta>1000 per ISO 16889, our High Flow Filter Skids will enable you to quickly and reliably achieve clean screens and very low particle counts to meet or exceed even the most stringent OEM cleanliness specifications (ISO 16/14/11 or lower).
