At Oil Filtration Systems, we enable end-users to achieve optimal fluid cleanliness in their critical lubrication, hydraulic, and fuel oil systems by manufacturing and supplying Oil Purification Equipment designed to remove contamination (water, particulate, varnish, etc.) from a wide variety of hydraulic, lubrication, and fuel oils. When used in conjunction with our high-efficiency filter elements rated Beta(c)>1000 in a variety of micron sizes, our systems will enable you to achieve very low particle counts to meet or exceed even the most stringent OEM cleanliness specifications.
We have been experiencing strong growth within Power Generation, Petrochemical, Pulp/Paper, Plastic Injection Molding, and other heavy industries, particularly where end-users are concerned with maintaining optimal fluid cleanliness for their rotating equipment.
Our primary systems include:
🔹 Vacuum Dehydrators – Will remove all water (free, emulsified, and dissolved) from oil down to 20 PPM, and obtain very low particle counts to meet or exceed ISO 16/14/11 cleanliness levels. Flow rates range from 1 GPM to 50 GPM or greater.
🔹 Varnish Removal Systems – Will remove soluble and/or suspended varnish from hydraulic and lube oils, capable of achieving MPC 15 or lower within several weeks of continuous circulation. Systems also achieve very low particle counts to meet or exceed ISO 16/14/11.
🔹 Low Flow Filter Carts – Will rapidly achieve very low particle counts to meet or exceed ISO 16/14/11 in smaller reservoirs. Flow rates range from 1 GPM to 15 GPM. These systems are ideal for new oil fill of hydraulic and lube oil systems, as well as kidney-loop filtration of smaller reservoirs.
🔹 High Flow Flushing Skids – Will rapidly achieve very low particle counts to meet or exceed ISO 16/14/11 in larger reservoirs. Flow rates range from 30 GPM to 2000 GPM. These systems are ideal for circulation of large capacity reservoirs, and for performing High Velocity Oil Flushing on lube oil piping to create necessary “turbulent flow”.
🔹 Fuel Coalescers – Will remove water from Diesel Fuel, capable of lowering overall water content from 1600 PPM to 100 PPM in single pass. Systems will also achieve very low particle counts to meet or exceed ISO 16/14/11. Flow rates range from 10 GPM to 800 GPM or greater.
