VDOPS - extract water from your oil reservoir at high rates

Problem: A paper mill in the Southeast US had a steam joint suddenly fail in the dryer section of the paper machine. In turn, their 5,000 gallon lube oil reservoir was flooded with over 100 gallons of steam/water.

Solution: Using a 50 GPM Vacuum Dehydration Oil Purification Systems (VDOPS) Oil Purifier, water was removed from the PM4 reservoir within 5 days (see oil samples below). The OFS VDOPS allowed them to keep the machine running while water was being removed from the oil reservoir.

The maintenance personnel at the plant went on record saying, "The dehydrator did a great job of getting over 45 gallons of water from the system after draining the free water from the system.”
