Before and After Reservoir Cleaning | Oil Filtration Systems

DID YOU KNOW? Oil Filtration Systems offers both entry and non-entry reservoir cleaning services. Lubrication and other fluid systems with a reservoir are designed to have the contaminants in the system returned and trapped in the reservoir. The contaminants accumulate on the bottom of reservoirs, even in systems that have efficient filtration, and eventually require cleaning. Reservoir cleaning is often overlooked in the maintenance process and can lead to machine failures due to the reintroduction of contaminants.

We have all of the required safety equipment (air quality monitors, harnesses, etc.), and all OFS Field Service Technicians are trained and certified for Confined Space Entry. Our technicians are fully capable of removing the accumulated contaminants from hydraulic and lube oil reservoirs using squeegees, shop-vacs, and lint-free rags. This process ensures optimal system cleanliness to help prevent equipment from encountering unexpected failure.
