One Paper Mill Customer purchased Four (4) Vacuum Dehydrators with Integrated Electrostatic Filtration Systems for the removal of Sludge, Varnish, Particulate, Gasses, & Water from their Four (4) Steam Turbine Lube Oil Systems. The customer previously used Electrostatic Filtration Systems with noticed benefits of sludge and varnish removal. However, they experienced problems with their Electrostatic Filtration Systems when water was above 500 PPM; consequently, they needed a way to keep the water below 500 PPM so the Electrostatic Filtration System could operate at peak efficiency.
